Post-Workout Fruit Smoothie

This is my go-to smoothie after working out. It’s refreshing, filling and delicious. It’s quick to make and you can always change the below recipe depending on what fruit or vegetables you have in the fridge. It makes quite a bit, so you can always freeze the leftovers.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup unsweet soy milk

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

  • 5 frozen strawberries

  • 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach

  • 4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS: Throw all of the above ingredients into your blender and mix until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add more soy milk.
