Homemade Summer Popsicles!

As the summer heats up, there is no better way to cope than making some homemade popsicles! I gew up making homemade popsicles, so hey hold a special place in my heart. Best of all, the sky’s the limit when it comes to creating your own perfect popsicle. I hope you enjoy trying a few of the recipes I created below.

For each recipe, throw the ingredients into a blender and pour into a popsicle mold. I use this one, but any one will do. If any of your mixtures are too thick to pour into the mold, feel free to add a touch more liquid. Freeze for at least five hours and enjoy.

Boozy Almond and Chocolate Chip:

  • 15 ice cubes

  • 3/4 cup unsweet almond milk

  • 1/4 cup Bailey Almande

  • 1/8 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Fruity Coconut:

  • 1/4 cup unsweet coconut milk

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 tablespoons unsweet almond milk

  • 1/4 green pear (skin and all)

  • 2 ice cubes

Fresh Watermelon and Lime: When frozen, the limeade and watermelon will separate creating a beautiful ombre effect.

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon (I use seedless watermelon)

  • 1/2 cup sparkling limeade

  • Juice of one lime
